The most delightful way to drink wine is from the "bilikum," a variety of pitchers from which the people of Krapina express their welcome to a guest visiting their home for the first time. The term "bilikum" comes from the German word "Willkommen," meaning welcome.
Krapina's "Bilikum" tradition represents, the tradition of hospitable which is well-known, since the 18th century in old noble courts and urban homes of the Krapina region of Croatia.
Celebrations or "pajdaštva" were guided by specific rules and ceremonies known as "Šatuti." Such a wine fellowship existed in Krapina, called "Bilikum - Čeh - Leh - Meh," and their collection of rules were known as the "Krapina Vandrček."

***Washing & care***
Please remember to HAND WASH only. Vintage items are sensitive to dishwashing machine cycles and get damaged quite easily. To prevent damages and fading of colour, wash your vintage items ONLY by hand.
*Packaging
All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and paper or another appropriate reused filling. All packaging materials are recycled, reused and where possible made of recyclable materials. I invite you to reuse the box you will receive for storage, pet toy container etc. If not possible, please make sure to recycle correctly.
*Shipping
I don’t accept refunds and exchanges, but you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Which means the items will be sent within 2-3 days to the address provided with your Etsy account. Please make sure the details are correct before ordering.
If there is going to be any problems with the item, please let me know and I’ll do my best to solve the problem.
If you wish the item to be posted to a different address, please specify this (and any other wish) under the ‘Notes To Seller’ section at the checkout.
Please note orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
My standard shipping policy is 2nd class mail delivery (this could take around 2-3 working days to arrive depending on location in the same country as me). For international shipping please allow 6-7 working days for the item to arrive once dispatched.
I use Standard shipping policy to offer the best shipping price. The items are shipped with a tracking number and "NO Signature Required". You only need to sign for packages in certain areas or when it’s strictly required. If you want me to ship with "Signature Required" option, please let me know.
Alternatively the item can be shipper trough GLS or DPD but the shipping cost will increase and you’ll be asked to provide your phone number, so the courier can contact you for delivery. If you wish the item to be shipped trough this couriers, please let me know and I’ll let you know the surcharge.
Delivery time is approximate and does not include the day of delivery, delays in customs processes, force majeure and special events and holidays abroad.
Please, make sure that you have put the correct delivery address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
If you decide against it the package will be treated as refused. Please note, after a certain amount of time refused or unclaimed packages are destroyed by the delivery company and not eligible for a refund.
I provide a tracking number to all my packages, so please keep track of your delivery day, so you know when the package is being delivered.
If the status shows as 'delivered', but you can't locate your package, please check all locations where the package could have been placed. If you still can't locate it, please let me know. I will ask the delivery company to start an official investigation.
Please, keep in mind that package theft is unfortunately not covered by shipping insurance. Once the delivery company confirms the correct GPS coordinates for the package delivery, you will need to file a stolen property claim with your local police department.
