The diaphragm pump can automatically turn on or off with built-in pressure switch, and its cut off pressure is 110PSI (6.88Bar). This pump can automatically disconnect itself when over pressure, but restart if the pressure is under the standard.
Note that pressure can also be adjusted with screw, turning clockwise to increase pressure, turning counterclockwise to decrease pressure.

Loud and Slow, but Steady and Sturdy
I was using this for my fresh water tank in my off-grid cabin. It did a fair job of pumping water to the kitchen sink. The pressure switch worked great, and only turned the pump on when the faucet was open. However, it was pretty loud and the water flow was weak. I'm sure it was as advertised, but just not strong enough to get a spray at the sink. I ended up replacing it with a larger pump.But I still use this one. I use it now to pump water into the fresh water tank. I get clean filtered water from a nearby ice vending machine in 5 gallon jugs. Then I pump it up into the 26 gallon fresh water tank with this pump. It works great. The noise and speed are not a factor for this purpose. It pumps the water straight up about 8 feet with out any issues. It is a good pump.
