Fire Country Star Sabina Gadecki Shares Swimsuit Video of Birthday

Here are her lifestyle habits.

Sabina Gadecki is dancing in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Fire Country star shows off her impressive moves and equally impressive bathing suit body. "Whoops, it happened again 🙂 I blame my Papa and our wild Polish roots. You don't grow up going to Polkas and not wanna dance on tables when ya 'grow up,'" she captioned the Instagram video. How does the actress keep herself in shape — aside from dancing on tables? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.

She Tries Not to Make Excuses

"It's been a minute since I felt comfy in my own skin. I've been eating whatever I want, and making excuses for why I don't have time to workout, and well, excuses for a lotta things I've fallen behind on in life. Ty and I had been working our butts off so we could have the wedding of our dreams, and I came up with every excuse in the book for why I didn't have time to workout," Sabina confessed in a Facebook post, vowing not to make any more excuses.

She Schedules Exercise

In the same post, she revealed that she schedules exercise. "Thanks to my friend @marymillermethod who encouraged/forced me to pull my calendar out and actually sign up for @thestudiomdr classes. (side note, if you cancel last min you get charged a fee and I'm a cheap ass and that's a noooo go for me) A calendar add might not seem like a big deal, but for the first time with my workouts it made me reliable, even if that workout came at 5am. This year I am going to try soooo hard to nurture my health and maybe say no to some whisky pickle backs along the way. Ughh. That was hard to say. No more excuses," she said.

She Does Pilates

You can find Sabina breaking a sweat on a pilates reformer. "When your bestie starts her own Pilates sock line @luckyhoneystyle…u force your a** to workout. I love watching your vision come to life," she captioned a post on X.

She Hikes

Sabina enjoys hiking. She recently hiked Yosemite. "Sometimes I've got a hard time trusting that everything in life is working out how it's supposed to. Yesterday I tried to prove to Ty that I was an advanced hiker & I lured us to a 8hr round trip hike that most people tackle at dawn, so they won't be there at the hottest point of the day. It was noon when I attempted this hike," she wrote in the caption.

She Walks Her Dog

Sabina also stays in shape with the help of her dog, who she walks regularly. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
