Victoria Beckham isn't exactly known for her use of affordable beauty products, so when she revealed in a recent interview that her hairstylist keeps things super simple and bank-balance-friendly, our ears pricked up.

The fashion designer's blowdrys are the stuff of hair dreams, and to lock all that bouncy volume in place, her 'best friend and hairdresser' Ken Paves (who works with Eva Longoria too, no less) relies on two hero setting hairsprays by trusty Wella and L'Oreal.

Sharing her beauty routine with Glossier's Into the Gloss, the former Spice Girl said: 'My hair is quite simple, really. I don't do too much. When it comes to hair, the more volume the better. But I do not like to feel too much texture in my hair, so Ken has a very light touch on products – he'll use Wella's Sugar Lift hairspray and L'Oreal Paris' Elnett Satin Extra Strong Hold after a blowout.'

For the best results, we recommend trying a hot brush to get more body into your blowdry without the faff of using rollers. These time-saving tools detangle, dry and style in one, and can be used on all hair types to achieve your desired style, from lively curls to poker-straight ends. We swear by Revlon's One-Step Volumiser Plus – a breeze to use and under £45.

Well, other highlights include the Skin Gym Face Sculptor Beauty Roller for a rejuvenating facial massage and her favourite 111Skin Illuminating Rose Gold Eye Masks, which she applies while blowing out her hair.
