Biography: Angus Young is a Scottish-born Australian guitarist and songwriter best known as the co-founder, lead guitarist, and last remaining original member of the legendary rock band AC/DC. Formed in 1973 with his brother Malcolm Young, AC/DC went on to become one of the most successful rock bands in history, with their 1980 album "Back in Black" being the second best-selling album worldwide.

Renowned for his energetic stage presence and distinctive schoolboy uniform, Young's guitar playing has influenced countless musicians and helped define the sound of hard rock for decades. His signature Gibson SG and raw, blues-infused playing style have become synonymous with the AC/DC sound, which includes hits like "Highway to Hell," "Thunderstruck," and "You Shook Me All Night Long."

Despite numerous lineup changes and the deaths of key members, including vocalist Bon Scott in 1980 and Malcolm Young in 2017, AC/DC, with Angus Young at the helm, has continued to produce music and tour.
