Fashion designer and former Spice Girls icon Victoria Beckham has been giving us all the summer holiday vibes as she shares some behind the scenes snaps from her latest collection.
Victoria debuted a dress from her new collection on her Instagram on Thursday, in a stunning red and blue flowing backless dress. She completed the look with waist length hair that is giving us major goddess vibes, styling it in loose, messy curls that look perfectly undone to mirror the relaxed, beachy feel of her latest piece.
Captioning the photo: “Just lounging round the pool in this casual little number!”, Victoria gave us some major inspiration for our next summer holiday. She also shared a behind the scenes look at her getting glammed ahead of the shoot, sitting in a chair in the red and blue dress while her makeup artist Fara Homidi touched up her beauty look and hairstylist Ken Paves styles her long curls.
Ken has been Victoria’s go-to stylist for a long time, and often shares snaps on his Instagram of the two of them together, including behind the scenes looks at exactly how he styles her hair.After shooting the red and blue dress, which Victoria revealed is now available on her brand’s website, she also gave fans a sneak peek at a new dress.
Captioning the photo: “Quick wardrobe change (available soon!) xx”, Victoria posed for a mirror selfie in an ultra chic tailored black blazer dress. Completing the look with oversized mirrored sunglasses and black fishnets, the new look called for a fresh new hairstyle.
Ditching her loose curls, Victoria showed off a slicked back extra long plait. Styling it with a centre parting, the plait was tied in a ponytail before dangling down in a neat braid to give a strong, futuristic effect.
In another behind the scenes photo, Victoria can be seen enjoying her lunchbreak on set, wrapped in a white robe with her fishnets and sky high stilettos making a sneak appearance, her long plait falling down her back whilst her signature oversized sunglasses are perched on her nose.
During her time as Posh Spice in the Spice Girls, her super sleek and sharply cut bob was her trademark hair style. However, since moving away from singing and into fashion, Victoria has ditched the bob and rarely deviates from her new signature look of long dark waves, although she has fluctuated between a dark mahogany shade and a much warmer honey coloured brunette.
