Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams knows a bit about misery business — and is apologizing to fans for having to cancel several tour dates amid health issues that led to a “really tough” week.

The “Misery Business” singer, 34, took to her Instagram Story to update fans about her “week of misery, sadness, and bellyfuls of antibiotics and steroids,” ahead of this weekend’s planned return to the stage in Oklahoma.

“We postponed a handful of dates due to illness,” Williams said. “For the record: we did not have food poisoning or a band-wide s–tfest. … I’d like to personally apologize for the disappointment and frustration my illness caused everyone who was planning on going to any of those original dates.”

“Nobody would know this but I started getting sick in Houston (noncontagious) and muscled my way all through LA. Adrenaline is a wonder!” she said, noting that after those shows, her “body just gave out.”

She explained that “touring is different at 34 than it was at 16, when leaving home felt like the greatest escape,” an experience that also applied to her 20s.

Though this stage of life includes her “own home life, a community, a dog, my sisters and the rest of my family who are getting older,” Williams said the band’s tour — promoting their new album, “This Is Why” — has “done my heart a lot of good.”

Williams said she might call on fans for “a little extra support for these first shows back,” urging them to “warm up your voices and stretch your necks.”

The health issues and cancelations come on the heels of Taylor Swift announcing earlier this month that Paramore will join her next year on the European leg of The Eras Tour.

“I get to travel the world doing shows with Paramore!!” the Grammy winner, 33, tweeted. “Hayley and I have been friends since we were teens in Nashville and now we get to frolic around the UK/Europe next summer??? I’m screaming???”
